Somewhere deep under the ocean, where nobody really knows what is happening, I imagine there are strange little worlds quietly growing in the darkness. Maybe plants that don’t exist anywhere on Earth, maybe mysterious creatures, maybe something completely different — who knows?
While creating In the Abyss, I felt like I was exploring my own underwater universe. The shapes started turning into deep-sea plants, flowing forms, and strange abstract details that looked like they belonged somewhere far below the surface.
The fun part of this painting is that it has a secret life. Under blue light, the neon colours suddenly wake up and start glowing, like the painting decided to show you another side of itself. It feels almost like finding a hidden room behind a door you didn’t notice before.
I love creating pieces that make people curious and let their imagination take over. Maybe you will see underwater gardens, maybe another planet, maybe something completely different — and honestly, I love that.
